12. Obsolete apoplexy
Manifestations: apoplexy sequelae hanging on for a long time, qi stagnation and blood stasis, blockage of meridians and collaterals, upper limbs can not be lifted, and pinch strength decreases, lower limbs are spasm, stiff and powerless, difficult movement, etc..
Acupoints: Fengchi (GB 20), Jianjing (GB 21), Jianyu (LI 15), Quchi (LI 11), Chize (LU 5), Hugu (LI 4), Zhongzhu (TE 3), Huantiao (GB 30), Fengshi (GB 31), Yanglingquan (GB 34), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Xuanzhong (GB 39), Quixu (GB40), Taichong (LR 3). Needling healthy side in the morning and affected side in the afternoon, with reinforcing method.
13. Intractable apoplexy
Manifestations: unsuitable treatment of apoplexy sequelae, the tendons are relaxation damaged, shoulder and elbows are spasm and hands are dropping, lumbar and hip, knees, ankles are stiff, strephenopodia, equinus, lameness.

Shangwan (RN 13), Zhongwan (RN 12), Xiawan (RN 10), Qihai (RN 6), Guanyuan (RN 4), Tianshu (ST 25), Zhangmen (LR 13), Neiguan (PC 6), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), with reinforcing method, retention of 30 min; For chronic cases, weakness and emaciation, retention of 60 min.
